Joey Fletcher
Operations & Client Service Associate
Joey Fletcher is an Operations & Client Service Associate at Capital Squared Financial (CSF). He supports CSF's clients and advisory team across the operational and service workflows that surround financial planning, from new client onboarding and account setup to ongoing client service requests and the day-to-day details that make a thoughtful, fiduciary planning experience possible.
Joey is currently completing the Certificate in Financial Planning at Bryant University and the Boston Institute of Finance, the same program that prepared his colleague Alyssa Neece for fee-only fiduciary work. He has passed the Series 65 exam (NASAA, 2025) and the SIE exam (FINRA, 2025). He earned his B.S. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Berry College in Rome, Georgia.
Before joining CSF, Joey worked as a Client Service Specialist at Virtual Outsource Solutions, where he supported multiple advisory firms across the country with new client onboarding, account transfers, and ongoing client service workflows. He learned firsthand how the details behind the scenes, such as accurate forms, timely follow-ups, and well-maintained client records, directly shape the experience clients have with their advisor.
Joey's path into financial planning began in a different field. As a Marketing and Development Intern at the Sexual Assault Center of Northwest Georgia, he organized fundraising events, fostered relationships with over 200 donors, and built campaigns that funded direct services for survivors. That work taught him that small operational details can make or break an organization's ability to serve the people who matter. Conversations with a faculty mentor at Berry helped him see that the same discipline applies in financial planning, where every detail can directly affect a client's financial security.
At CSF, Joey supports new client onboarding, ongoing client service requests, account maintenance, and the operational fabric that lets the planning team focus on what matters most: building thoughtful, personalized retirement and investment plans for each client. He is motivated by CSF's commitment to fee-only fiduciary practice and to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time outside, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. He has a passion for both classical and contemporary music, with a particular affinity for folk and bluegrass, and is a skilled violinist with six years of orchestral experience. He also enjoys photography and filmmaking, and is a regular volunteer at a regional genre film festival.
Fun Fact: Joey spent a semester studying economics and literature abroad at Queen Mary University of London.
